    摘要:

    在研究水力振荡器结构和工作原理基础上,提出了水力振荡器压力/螺杆转速测试的设计方案;完成了在不同流量下不同定阀直径与动阀匹配时水力振荡器入口和出口的脉冲压力测试试验;通过对测试数据的频谱分析和相关性分析,总结阀口变化频率、压降随阀口直径的变化规律,测试结果对动定阀配合选型具有指导意义,为水力振荡器结构优化和参数设计提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    In the study of the structure and working principle of the hydraulic oscillator based on hydraulic pressure, design of pressure/screw speed test program of the oscillator was proposed. The entrance and exit of the pressure pulse test were completed under the different flow of different diameter of valve and matched dynamic valve of the hydraulic oscillators at the field. Through the spectrum analysis and the correlation analysis of the test data, the change rule of valve opening change frequency, pressure drop along wtih the valve port diameter was summerized up. The test results of fixed and dynamic valve selection have guiding significance, which provide technical data support for the optimization of structure and parameters design of hydraulic oscillator.
