A newtype punch component for Multipoint forming was designed,and the manipulator for punchs height adjustment was designed.The manipulator was composed of the upper manipulator and the lower manipulator.The punch was fixed in circumferential direction by the upper manipulator, and the punch carried proper axial force applied by the upper manipulator in order that the gap between punch component and punchs installation plane couldbe eliminate in the process of height adjustment.The end of punchsleeve could be clamped and rotated by the lower mamipulator to adjust punchs height, and locknut couldbe tightened by the lower manipulator. Collaborative working method of the upper and lower manipulator is designed.
