    摘要:

    以某型无人机武器舱门为负载对象,为满足无人机对质量、体积的限制要求,实现舱门的快速、大角度开闭运动,设计了闭式回路和开式回路两种旋转式电静液作动器方案。通过对两种方案的工作原理分析及元件参数计算,开式回路方案的旋转式电静液作动器在电机功率、泵的排量及系统发热功率上有较大优势。利用AMESim仿真平台,对所设计的旋转式电静液作动器进行了运动仿真。仿真模型较好地反应了实际系统的性能。仿真结果表明:开式回路方案系统响应速度快、调节时间短,满足设计要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on the weapon bay door of a certain type of UAVas a loading object,in order to meet requirements of the UAV restrictions on the weight and size, to achieve rapid and large angleof the door opening and closing movement, closed circuit and open circuitoftwo rotary electrohydrostatic actuator of schemes were designed.Through analyzing the working principle and the element parameter calculation of two kinds of schemes, the open circuit system of rotary electrohydrostatic actuator had a great superiority in the motor power, pump delivery and system heating power.By using AMESim simulation platform, the designed rotary electrohydrostatic actuatorwas simulated in movement. The performance of actual system was well reflected by the simulation model. The simulation results show that thescheme of open circuit hydraulic system has advantages infast response speed and short adjusting time, which satisfied the requirements in design. 
