      以TX1600镗铣加工中心镗削系统为研究对象,针对由热载荷和结构载荷引起的变形问题,建立了系统的热-结构耦合模型,分析了滑枕不同行程时系统的变形,得出镗削系统的变形量随滑枕行程的变化规律,并提出一种经济有效的误差补偿机构,显著地提高了机床的加工精度。
英文摘要:
      Taking the boring system of TX1600 boring milling machining center as the research object, in view of deformation problem caused by heat load and structural load, the thermal structure coupling model for the boring system was established to analyze the deformation when the ram in different strokes. The rule of deformation of the boring system varied with the stroke of ram was known. A cost effective error compensation mechanism is proposed, which can improve the machining precision of machine tools greatly.
