    摘要:

    CXK5463是专为加工某重要零件而设计的重型车铣加工中心。针对该单台加工中心工作台在设计阶段试验数据缺乏,没有公认的、普遍适用的可靠性预计方法的现状,利用相似机床CK5250、CK5263和TK6920的试验数据,结合加工中心特点,运用相似产品类比论证法,建立了工作台可靠性预计数学模型,进行了可靠性预计。预计发现主传动箱是工作台可靠性的薄弱环节。最后采集相似型号机床故障信息,对工作台主传动箱故障模式进行分析,并提出了工作台主传动箱可靠性设计改进建议。

    Abstract:

    CXK5463 is a heavy turning and milling machining center which is specially designed for processing an important part. In design stage, reliability prediction of the single machining center table is difficult to perform due to the insufficiency of the experimental data and the lack of universal recognized methods. Under these circumstances, combining the characteristics of the machining center and using analogy method which utilized the experimental data of the similar machine tools CK5250,CK5263 and TK6920,the reliability model of the working table was established, and the reliability prediction of working table was accomplished. The fact show that spindle transmission box is the reliability weak link of the working table. According to the fault information coming from the similar machine tools, the analysis for main failure modes of spindle transmission box was accomplished, and the corresponding measures for improveng reliability in design stage were proposed.
