    摘要:

    在分析现有的数控机床对刀仪基础上,设计一种流体传动机构数控综合对刀装置,这一装置作为基准刀,在数控镗铣类机床一次装夹能完成工件坐标系的建立,且X与Y坐标轴对刀均实现了弹性接触,提高了装置的使用寿命,同时可以方便得到其他加工刀具的长度补偿量,与数控机床坐标位置显示配合也可以完成对工件内外轮廓和深度方向尺寸测量,使用非常方便,且不受工件上Z坐标轴对刀位置面积大小的限制,同时该装置也可用于数控车床的对刀。

    Abstract:

    A novel fluid transmission mechanism integrated CNC tool setting device was developed by analyzing the existing CNC tool setting device. As a standard tool, through one clamping, the coordinate system for workpiece could be established on CNC boring and milling machine, and the service life of the device was improved by resilient contact between the axes and the cutter. It was also very convenient to acquire the length compensation amount of other tools. Besides, the contour of the workpiece and the depth of the workpiece could be measured by the cooperation of the CNC coordinate position. The device was not restricted by the Z position area of the tool. It is easy to use and can be applied to adjusting tools on CNC lathe.
