    摘要:

    在DT100多通试验台对名义过滤精度5 μm的不锈钢滤芯进行性能测试。结果表明:该实验滤芯的纳污容量为501 g, 滤芯流动阻力与注入污染物质量成指数关系y=2523 3e0756 6x,过滤比随压降的增加基本保持不变,过滤比与颗粒直径的数值拟合关系为β=0022 9x3883 8,颗粒直径超过最大孔径,过滤比趋近无穷, 该名义过滤精度5 μm的不锈钢滤芯对大于5 μm的颗粒过滤比为1187,过滤效率9158%,实际名义过滤直径为804 μm。

    Abstract:

    Filtering properties of multilayers folded Stainless filter elements was measured at DT100 multipass test stand.The result shows that the dirt holding capacity of the experimental filter is 501 g, filter resistance and flow injection pollutants is exponential relationship y=2523 3e0756 6x,filtration ratio remain unchanged basicly with the increase of the pressure drop, the numerical fitting relationship between filtering ratio and solid diameter is β=0022 9x3883 8,if the solid diameter is greater than the maximum pore diameter,filtering ratio is infinity, filtering ratio of nominal filtration precision 5 μm is 1187, its filtering efficiency is 9158%, but actual nominal filtration precision 804 μm.
