    摘要:

    对一种新型的高压齿轮泵进行了研究,经过其合理的优化齿轮参数,并采取一定的技术措施,减小了径向不平衡力;同时采用多滚针轴承提高产品性能和使用寿命。该新型结构中,壳体与后泵盖组成了两片式结构,采用短螺钉进行联接,缩小了轴向弹性伸缩量,同时减弱了外渗漏,从而提高了产品的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    A new type of high pressure gear pump was researched. Through the reasonable optimization of gear parameters, certain technical measures were adopted to reduce the unbalanced radial force. Multi needle roller bearing was used at the same time to improve product performance and service life. In this new type of structure, shell and pump cover were formed after two type structure, with short screw connection, and the axial elastic extension was reduced. Outside leakage is weakened, and the reliability of the product is improved.
