Abstract:The traditional point by point comparison method of the circular interpolations error is δ≤1 pulses equivalent, and the output to the each axis of the pulse is not uniform. In order to solve this problem, a new point by point comparison of the circular interpolation method was proposed, the theoretical error of the new interpolation algorithm was δ≤0447 2 pulses equivalent, and the new interpolation algorithm was verified by examples. The results show that, when interpolation is performed on a circular arc with a radius of 6, the maximum error is δ=0343 pulse equivalent, and the pulse distribution is also more uniform.
