    摘要:

    针对某型号特种车辆的静液压转向系统在环境温度及油液损耗下压力变化影响转向精度的问题,设计了一种静液油液补偿装置。该装置采用高压气体平衡式补油方式对系统进行压力补偿,避免了车辆转向时的压力波动。仿真和试验表明:所设计的静液补油装置提高了车辆的转向精度,并能保持静液压转向系统压力长期稳定,简化了预充压操作,缩短了任务准备时间,改善了车体液压转向系统的工作性能。

    Abstract:

    The design of hydrostatic supplement equipment was introduced mainly. Based on technique of high pressure and pneumatic balance, this design was applied in hydraulic closed drive steering system, and the problem of low steering precision caused by the changed pressure was resolved, which existed in the conditions of oil leakage and environmental temperature changing, and the hidden dangerdriving trouble was avoided. Using the equipment, the pressure stabilization of the hydraulic closed drive steering system is maintained, the operation is simplified and the efficiency is improved.
