    摘要:

    根据“8”字形减震垫实际工况和受力,采用有限元分析方法,分析其静态受力状况,得到了其压缩量和最大应力与外力的基本数学关系。依据试验结果,并参照相似硬度橡胶的S-N疲劳曲线,确定了八字形减震垫材质的疲劳寿命曲线,且获得了不同压缩量下对应的疲劳寿命,为伸缩式导轨防护罩的设计提供了理论参考和依据。

    Abstract:

    According to the practical condition and force of “8” shaped cushion, the FEA method was applied to analyze its state force, the fundamental mathematical relations between its amount of compression and the maximum stress and external force were attained.Based on the experiment results, with the S-N fatigue curve of rubber which was of identical hardness as the reference, the fatigue life curve for the texture of “8” shaped cushion was ascertained, and the corresponding fatigue lives of different amount of compression were achieved, thus providing theoretical reference and foundation for the design of telescope steel cover for guideway of machine tool.
