      针对某大型升船机承船厢弱刚度卧倒门设计了双液压缸电液比例同步回路,应用基于模糊控制的自整定PID控制策略实现了主从式双缸同步控制,使控制系统具有较好的响应速度和鲁棒性。利用AMESim液压元件库建立了卧倒门液压系统模型,利用AMESim平面机构库建立了卧倒门机械结构模型,利用MATLAB编写了同步控制程序,并采用联合仿真的方法验证了卧倒门液压系统及控制策略的有效性。

      A double cylinder electro hydraulic synchronization system for the tumble gate of a large vertical ship lift chamber was introduced, a closed loop control scheme with master/slave strategy and the self tuning fuzzy PID controllers was employed to make the system work with rapidity and robustness. The combined simulation model of the hydraulic synchronization system was built based on AMESim and MATLAB, using AMESim hydraulic component library to build hydraulic system model, using AMESim planar mechanism library to establish tumble gate mechanical structure model and using MATLAB for the closed loop control strategy.The simulation result can verify the effectiveness of tumble gate hydraulic system and the closed loop control strategy.
