    摘要:

    针对高速开关阀控制流量精确、价格低廉、抗污染性强、重复精度高、稳定性好等优点提出将高速开关阀代替伺服阀用于轧机厚度自动控制(AGC)系统中。基于占空比线性转换的PWM控制方法,建立高速开关阀用于液压AGC系统的位置控制数学模型,并在Simulink中进行仿真分析,分析缸体压下时的位移响应曲线、流量响应曲线及轧制力响应曲线。研究结果表明:在液压AGC系统中,高速开关阀能够实现对缸体位置的快速精确控制,将其代替伺服阀用于液压AGC系统中是可行的。

    Abstract:

    For the merit of highspeed onoff valve which are accurate control flow, low price, strong antipollution, high repeatable accuracy and good stability, the idea of using highspeed onoff valve instead of servo valve in automatic gauge control (AGC) system of rolling mill was presented. The highspeed onoff valve position control mathematic model was established based on pulse width modulation(PWM) control method of linear transformation of duty ratio in automatic gain control (AGC) hydraulic system, and its response curve of displacement, flow and rolling force were analyzed in the Simulink software when the cylinder had downward movement. The research results show that the high speed onoff valve can realize fast and accurate control of the cylinder block in AGC system, and the idea of using it instead of servo valve in AGC system is feasible.
