    摘要:

    通过对内蒙古某无缝钢管厂的159 mm三辊连轧管机组液压压下控制系统的研究,建立了该系统各环节数学模型,忽略一些次要的非线性因素,将系统做线性化处理;运用经典控制论推导出传递函数,并对系统的时域、频域进行分析;基于该系统响应时间长、存在稳态误差的特点,运用Ziegler-Nichols整定参数方法进行PI、PID控制,并运用MATLAB软件进行仿真,得到理想的参数,满足连轧机压下控制系统的要求。 

    Abstract:

    Aiming at 159 mm three roller hydraulic press control system of a seamless steel pipe plant in Inner Mongolia, the mathematical model of each part of the system was established. Ignoring some minor nonlinear factors, linear treatment for the system was done. The classical control theory was used to derive the transfer function, and the system time domain character and frequency domain character were analyzed.The conclusion was that the system response time was long and had steadystate error. Ziegler-Nichols tuning method was used to make PI, PID control. MATLAB software was used to make simulation and the ideal parameters were obtained, meeting the requirements of the rolling pressure control system.
