    摘要:

    圆锥滚子球基面磨削在线检测及分组需要达到较高的精度和较快的速度,针对其技术要求和特点,采用三坐标测量原理提高测量精度,应用多个触发式测头同时测量同一工件的方法,实现测量速度的提升。根据各测头测得坐标值拟合出球基面所在球面,再由测量软件计算出球基面的曲率半径及相对于外圆的圆跳动,根据计算数据进行分组,为后续轴承的分组装配工艺提供依据,提高轴承的最终装配精度和装配速度。

    Abstract:

    Online detection and grouping of the tapered roller grinding ball surface need to achieve higher accuracy and faster speed. According to its technical requirements and characteristics, three coordinates measuring principle was adopted to improve the accuracy of measurement. The multiple triggering of probe was used to measure the same workpiece at the same time to realize the measurement speedup. According to the coordinates of all probe head fitting the spherical ball surface, and then by measuring software to calculate the radius of curvature of ball surface and relative to the outer circular pulses, at the same time grouping according to calculated data, the basis was provided for the assembly process of the bearing. The final assembly accuracy and speed of bearings are improved.
