    摘要:

    针对一种用于高地隙自走式喷雾车的液压机械无级变速器的换挡策略进行仿真分析和试验验证。结果表明:发动机转速、调速阀流量、主油路油压以及负载转矩是影响换挡品质的主要因素。采用较低的发动机转速,较低的主油路油压,较小的负载转矩以及较大的调速阀流量可以较大地提升换挡品质。装有液压机械无级变速器的农用喷雾车不仅实现了速度的连续无级变化,并且操作轻便,降低驾驶员劳动强度。

    Abstract:

    The simulation analysis was made and the experimental verification was carried on the hydromechanical continuously variable transmission of the high clearance self propelled sprayer vehicles of indigenous design. The results show that engine speed, flow of speed control valves, pressure of main circuit and load torque are the main factors to influence the shift quality. Adopting the lower speed of engine,the lower pressure,the smaller load torque,and the larger flow can improve the shift quality as soon as possible. Agricultural spraying vehicles equipped hydromechanical transmission can not only achieve a continuous stepless change in speed, but also easy in operation, and reducing the labor intensity of the driver.
