    摘要:

    流量是血透机校准仪的重要参数之一,但现有液体流量标准装置量程不能满足其流量溯源的需要。针对这一问题,研究了一种血透机校准仪用液体小流量标准装置。该装置采用活塞计量系统,结合光栅伺服反馈以及自动控制技术,实现对液体小流量的自动化测量。经实际测试表明,该装置测量范围为(10~2 000)mL/min,最大允许误差为±034%,重复性优于006%,完全满足血透机校准仪流量参数的溯源要求。

    Abstract:

    Flow is one of the important parameters of calibration instrument of blood purification device, but the measuring range of existing liquid flow standard devices can not meet the traceability needs of flow in calibration instrument of blood purification device. In order to solve this problem, a small flow standard device suitable for calibration instrument of blood purification device is developed. The piston metering system, combining grating servo feedback and automatic control technology were adopted to realize automatic measurement of small liquid flow. According to the experiment, the measuring range of this device is (10~2 000) mL/min, the maximum permissible error is ±034%, and the repeatability is better than 006%. Therefore, the device fully satisfies the flow traceability requirement of calibration instrument of blood purification device.
