    摘要:

    深凹形轴类零件自毛坯到产品需多次切削完成,因其轮廓曲线数据计算量大,通常采用G73封闭轮廓切削循环指令简化编程。但G73指令编程加工效率低,如切削参数设置不当会导致零件产品过切。为满足企业生产所需,提出基于G10指令优化深凹形轮廓切削加工编程。通过实际切削验证,该优化的程序通过修改自变量结合子程序即可实现深凹形零件的编程。经检测,用优化后的程序切削的产品加工精度满足要求,加工效率较传统程序有明显提高,具有一定借鉴推广意义。

    Abstract:

    From blank to product, a deep concave shaped shaft part needs to be cut many times, because of the large amount of data, the G73 closed contour cutting cycle instruction is usually used to simplify the programming. However, the low efficiency of G73 programming, such as unreasonable cutting parameter settings, will lead overcut of part. In order to meet the needs of enterprise production, the method based on the G10 instruction to optimize the cutting process of deep concave contour was proposed. Through actual cutting, the optimized program can be realized by modifying the independent variables with the subroutine. The machining accuracy of the program satisfies demand, and the machining efficiency is obviously improved compared with the traditional process. The research has some reference significance.
