Abstract:From blank to product, a deep concave shaped shaft part needs to be cut many times, because of the large amount of data, the G73 closed contour cutting cycle instruction is usually used to simplify the programming. However, the low efficiency of G73 programming, such as unreasonable cutting parameter settings, will lead overcut of part. In order to meet the needs of enterprise production, the method based on the G10 instruction to optimize the cutting process of deep concave contour was proposed. Through actual cutting, the optimized program can be realized by modifying the independent variables with the subroutine. The machining accuracy of the program satisfies demand, and the machining efficiency is obviously improved compared with the traditional process. The research has some reference significance.
