    摘要:

    针对一种可调式高速轧辊磨床油膜轴承,分析了其结构特点和工作原理,在此基础上,针对不同的调节位置,建立了其有限元模态分析模型,并计算出了该油膜轴承的前6阶固有频率,得到了其前6阶模态振型云图。通过对该油膜轴承的模态分析得知:轴承本体是该可调式油膜轴承振动的薄弱环节,且轴承本体的易激振频率区为2 300~3 000 Hz。因而,该轴承在实际使用过程中,应尽量避免该易激振区,同时,应尽量提高轴承本体的抗振性能。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at a kind of adjustable oil film bearing in highspeed roll grinder, its structural characteristics and working principle are analyzed. On these bases, finite element modal (FEM) analysis models of the bearing aimed at different adjusted positions were built, and the former 6 orders of natural frequencies were calculated, furthermore, the former 6 orders of modal shape images were also gained. Analysis results show as follows: bearing body is the vibration vulnerable area of the adjustable oil film bearing, and easy excited frequency region of the bearing body is 2 300~3 000 Hz. Therefore, the bearing should keep away from the easy excited frequency region in the course of practical working, and vibration resistance performance of the bearing body should be also enhanced as much as possible.
