    摘要:

    为了保证矿井乳化液配比系统中乳化液浓度保持稳态,在分析乳化液自动配比控制原理基础上,设计了一套矿井乳化液自动配比系统浓度控制的模糊自适应PID控制策略,并开展了现场实测研究。通过从乳化液流量瞬时变小和变大两个方面进行测定,验证了模糊自适应PID的控制设计的准确性。结果表明:模糊自适应PID具有较快的响应浓度,较小的超调量、更快达到稳态、更强的抗干扰能力等优点,可以实现对矿井乳化液自动配比系统浓度的最佳控制。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure that the emulsion concentration keep steady in the emulsion proportioning system, a set of mine emulsion concentration automatic proportioning system control of fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy was designed based on the analysis of ratio of emulsion automatic control principle, and the field measurement was carried out. From two aspects of emulsion flow transient smaller and larger were measured, it was verified that the design of fuzzy adaptive PID control was accuracy. The result shows that the concentration of fuzzy adaptive PID has faster response, smaller overshoot and faster to reach steady state, and the advantages of stronger antiinterference ability, which can realize the optimum control for mine emulsion automatic proportioning system concentration.
