    摘要:

    在研究介质压差管道机器人结构基础上,采用CFD技术对机器人驱动调速单元进行了流场分析,得到不同工况下驱动调速单元的压力场和速度场。分析了驱动调速单元与管壁环形缝隙对机器人行进速度的影响。结果表明:随着环形缝隙不断加大,驱动调速单元上游流场未见明显变化,间隙处的流速随着缝隙加大逐渐变小,尾流区域的范围也逐渐减小;随着环形缝隙逐渐变大,高压区的压力逐渐变小,负压区的压力也略有回升,驱动调速单元两端压力差值逐渐变小。 

    Abstract:

    Based on the study of medium pressure differential inpipe robot structure, and using the technology of computer flow dynamics (CFD) for analyzing the flow field of the drive speed control unit of the robot, the pressure field and velocity field were gotten under the drive speed control unit in different working conditions. The influence of drive speed control unit and tube wall annular gaps on the moving velocity of the robot was analyzed. The result shows that the upstream flow field of the drive speed unit does not change obviously with the increase of the annular gap.The velocity of the gap decreases with the increase of the gap and the range of the wake region decreases gradually. Along with the increase of the annular gap gradually, the pressure in the highpressure area becomes smaller gradually, while the pressure in the negative pressure area also rises slightly, and the difference of the pressure between the two ends of the drive unit becomes smaller gradually.
