    摘要:

    针对目前高速多次电火花线切割电极丝形位变化异常问题,通过建立电极丝张紧力数学模型,探讨了单储丝筒往复走丝方式对电极丝张紧力的影响。分析了产生电极丝张紧力波动的主要原因。据此,结合磁流变液特性,提出了基于磁流变液双储丝筒电极丝张紧力控制机构,从而实现调节电参数来稳定电极丝张紧力波动的目的,为下一步将智能控制技术应用到电极丝张紧力稳定中提供机构平台。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of space position abnormalities of the multicutting wire electrode in HSWEDM, firstly, the tension mathematical model of the multicutting wire electrode was established, and the influences of the wire electrode traveling way with single winding drum on wire electrode tension were discussed. The main cause of wire electrode tension fluctuation was analyzed. Based on these, combined with the characteristics of magnetorheological, a tension control mechanism with double wire winding drums based on magnetorheological was presented. It is need to realize stabilizing the wire tension by electrical parameters. This mechanism provides a platform for next step in applying the intellectual technology to the wire electrode tension stabilizing.
