    摘要:

    设计了一种能同时标定三轴加速度计三个轴的标定台,该标定台根据三点调平原理,利用步进电机和激光干涉仪实现了可调节,降低了三轴标定台的耦合误差和标定台各零部件的加工精度,并提高了标定精度。提出了一种新的解耦方法,解决了现阶段解耦方法存在的不足,并方便了安装和零件更换。

    Abstract:

    A three axis calibration table was designed which can calibrate the three axis of three axis accelerometer simultaneously. According to the three point leveling principle, the calibration table achieved adjustable feature by using stepper motor and laser interferometer, which can reduce the coupling error of three axis calibration table and machining accuracy of each parts, and improve precision of the calibration. A new decoupling method was put forward, which solves the problems existing in the decoupling method at present, and facilitates the installation and replacement of parts.
