    摘要:

    使用模态测试和有限元优化相结合的方法获取了螺栓联接的等效刚度。对处于安装状态的光栅尺支架进行模态测试,获取前两阶模态参数;基于该模态参数,通过有限元优化获取螺栓联接的等效刚度;将该等效刚度应用到光栅尺支架的结构拓扑优化中,通过对比固定螺栓孔的拓扑优化结果,证明了获取螺栓联接等效刚度的必要性。

    Abstract:

    To obtain the first two order modal parameters of the support of grating ruler which was bolted to the tool head, a modal test was carried out by LMS Test Lab. Then the stiffness of springs in the FE model of support was obtained by optimization. Topology optimization was accomplished with the stiffness obtained set to the model, and this result was difference from the result with fix boundary conditions. It’〖KG-*2〗s necessary to obtain the equivalent stiffness of bolted joint.
