和田青玉超声波深孔高速钢麻花钻钻削试验研究

    基于和田玉特殊的物理性能,采用直径为2、15、1 mm的高速钢麻花钻,在其主轴转速为700、1 500、1 800 r/min;进给量为3 μm/r和5 μm/r的情况下;分别进行附加超声波振动和不附加超声波振动加工试验;在钻削加工过程刀具磨损,扩孔量、孔内表面粗糙度三个方面进行对比分析,超声振动波钻削能获得更好的加工质量和效率,并能减少钻头的磨损和破坏,为和田玉精密加工提供了一种新的深孔加工工艺方法。

    Abstract:

    Based on the special physical properties of Hetian jade, highspeed steel twist drill was used with the diameter of 2 mm, 15 mm and 1 mm. Under selection of 700 r/min, 1 500 r/min and 1 800 r/min of drilling spindle speed, feed rate of 3 μm/r and 5 μm/r, machining tests were carried out separately with additional ultrasonic vibration and without additional ultrasonic vibration. In the process of drilling, tool wear, reaming hole, and the inner surface roughness of the three aspects were comparatively analyzed. Better processing quality and efficiency could be obtained by ultrasonic wave drilling. The wear and damage of drill can be reduced in hole processing, which provides a new method for precision machining of Hetian jide.
