六圆弧齿廓齿轮的设计及承载能力分析

    设计一种六圆弧齿廓齿轮。与双圆弧齿轮单侧齿廓的两个工作圆弧相比,该齿轮单侧齿廓有6个工作圆弧,其中3个凸圆弧位于节线以上,3个凹圆弧位于节线以下,每两段工作圆弧之间都通过过渡圆弧连接。六圆弧齿轮单个轮齿最多有6个啮合点同时啮合传动,载荷分散在6个啮合点上,相比双圆弧齿轮具有更高的承载能力。同时建立了双圆弧及六圆弧齿轮的有限元模型,对六圆弧齿轮进行了承载能力验证,结果证实六圆弧齿轮的齿面接触应力较双圆弧齿轮降低了近20%。

    Abstract:

    A new gear called sextuplearc gear was designed, which tooth profile has six work arcs, and three convex arcs were located above on pitch line, three concave arcs were located under pitch line. Every two work arcs were connected by transition arc. Sextuplearc gear had six meshing points on a single tooth, loads were dispersed in the six meshing points. Compare with the doublearc gear, sextuplearc gear had more carrying capacity. Finite element models of doublearc gear and sextuplearc gear were also established. The results of finite element method confirm that sextuplearc gear tooth contact stress is 20% lower than that of the doublearc gear.
