According to the structure characteristics of the fuel pump cover and material properties, an automatic lathe was designed. The machine’s structure, function and the processing procedure of automobile fuel pump cover were introduced.According to the characteristics of the fuel pump cover, using matrix stocker, angular positioning platform, gantry loader, combining with the automatic error correction function, the machining efficiency of the fuel pump cover was effectively improved.
