The aerial blade was fouced on. Based on the adaptive repair process, the machining method of removalingthe excess material after laser melting coating for the worn aerial blade tip was studied.By using the finite element analysis software,the deformation in machining process of the aerial blade tip was analyzed.Through analyzing and calculating the machining deformation at different clamping positions, the law of machining deformation was revealed and the best clamping position was found.Relationship between machining deformation and cutting force was set up and the error was obtained.The error compensation method was presented for the blade.This will provide foundation for the precision machining of the aerial blade and the adaptive repair will be achieved.
