Construction and principle of pump control system were expounded, and a hydraulic system of traditional mixer was designed. The AMESim software was used to establish hydraulic model, then a fuzzyPID control model was built by using Simulink, and they were cosimulated. The results show that adopting fuzzyPID algorithm, ram piston pressure is effective controlled.
