    摘要:

    长转臂离心机是检验关键零部件在离心场下工作性能的重要装备。可移动配平系统用于实现离心机自动、精确配平,减小离心机工作过程中产生的不平衡力,是保障离心机正常、可靠运行的关键部件。根据离心机使用工况,设计了由电机、同步带、齿轮、丝杆—螺母、导轨滑块及测力传感器组成的可移动配平系统,阐述了该系统工作机制,确定了主要件的设计参数,并对关键零件进行了力学分析。结果表明:可移动配平系统能够有效改善离心机运行工况,满足配平要求。

    Abstract:

    Long arm centrifuge is an important equipment to test the working performance of key equipments in the centrifugal field.The mobile balancing system which is the key component to make the centrifuge work normally and reliably is used to reduce the unbalanced force to keep the centrifuge balanced automatically and accurately.According to centrifuge working condition,the mobile balancing system which consisted of motor,synchronous belt,gear,screw nut pairs,guide rail slider and force transducer was designed.The working mechanism of the balancing system was expounded.The design parameters of the main parts were confirmed and the mechanics analyses to the key parts were done.It is shown that the mobile balancing system which is designed well can effectively improve the working conditions of the centrifuge.
