    摘要:

    穿孔机是无缝钢管生产的主要设备之一。在穿孔机的生产过程中,穿孔机的拖出辊对顶杆和毛管起支撑作用;利用插装阀组成的液压系统对拖出辊的升降运动进行控制。介绍了该液压系统的故障现象及判断、处理方法,分析了故障产生的原因,为如何正确判断和处理液压故障提供了一种新的思路和方法。

    Abstract:

    The piercing mill is one of the main equipment in seamless steel tube production. The plug bar and tube are supported by lifting rollers. The lifting movement of roller is controlled by the hydraulic system which is composed of cartridge valve. The fault phenomenon of the hydraulic system and the method of judging and treating were introduced. The causing of fault was analyzed. A new idea and method of judging and dealing with hydraulic fault were put forward.
