    摘要:

    针对曲轴后端凸缘油封面的失效,结合复合纳米电刷镀技术,设计了曲轴后端凸缘油封面再制造机床,实现曲轴的批量化、自动化再制造。曲轴后端凸缘油封面再制造机床由磨削装置、刷镀装置以及镀液循环装置组成,在刷镀装置中可通过手柄调节镀笔与工件之间的距离和压力。刷柄内置压力传感器,可监测刷头与工件之间的压力,以便调节镀笔,为修复曲轴后端凸缘油封面提供最佳参数。通过模块划分,将机床控制系统分为装卸模块、磨削模块和刷镀模块;机床系统选用的控制器为PLC,实现了逻辑控制、定时、计数等功能。该机床操作简便,自动化程度高,可修复不同规格的曲轴。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the failure of the rearend of the crankshaft flange oil cover and combined with nanocomposite brushing electroplating technology, its remanufacturing machine tool was designed. Batch and automatic crankshaft remanufacturing was achieved. The machine tool was consisted of grinding device, brushing plating device and plating solution circulating device. With a handle in the brush plating device, the distance and the pressure between the plating pen and the workpiece were adjusted. The pressure between the brush head and the workpiece could be monitored by the builtin pressure sensor of the brush handle, so as to regulate the plating pen, and to provide the best parameter for repairing the crankshaft rearend flange oil cover. In addition, the machine control system was divided into loading and unloading module, grinding module and brush plating module. By using programmable logical controller (PLC) as the controller of the system, the logic control, timing, counting and other functions were realized. The machine tool is simple in operation, highly automated and can repair cranks with different sizes.
