Turning machine is an equipment with the main function in a complete sets of equipment of the material sintering material handling automation sagger. By local newly developed turning machine as the basis, from aspects of integral layout of the equipment, structure design of components and related parameters determination, and others, a comprehensive introduction was made to the turning machine design concept and the problem likely to occur in turning machine use was put forward. The designed structure of turning machine is reasonable, compact in layout, reliable in operation and lower cost, which can fully satisfy the needs in automation production line technology of a sagger turning machine.
