    摘要:

    针对六自由度液压振动试验系统,以微处理器和FPGA为运算控制单元,采用集成电路芯片实现LVDT调理电路和压控电流源电路,实现了多通道双闭环PID控制。实验结果表明:所设计的控制器可以实现油源的远程监控,具备参数设置、状态监视、安全保护和报警、复位等功能,可以较好地满足多维振动试验的控制要求,并且具有二级阀、三级阀和液压作动器的参数记录功能,有利于设备故障预判和寿命评估。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at six degree of freedom hydraulic vibration testing system, microprocessor and FPGA were adopted as the computing and control unite. In addition, LVDT conditioning circuit and voltage controlled current resource were developed with integrated circuit chips. Finally, multichannel doubleloop PID control was implemented. Testing results demonstrate that this controller not only can monitor and control hydraulic source remotely, but also provides the functions of parameter setting, state monitor, safety protection, alarm, reset and so on. It can satisfy the control requirements of the multidimensional vibration test. Furthermore, it’〖KG-*2〗s recording of the parameters of pilot valve, three stage valve and hydraulic actuator, is benefit to equipment fault prediction and life evaluation. 
