Abstract:Aiming at six degree of freedom hydraulic vibration testing system, microprocessor and FPGA were adopted as the computing and control unite. In addition, LVDT conditioning circuit and voltage controlled current resource were developed with integrated circuit chips. Finally, multichannel doubleloop PID control was implemented. Testing results demonstrate that this controller not only can monitor and control hydraulic source remotely, but also provides the functions of parameter setting, state monitor, safety protection, alarm, reset and so on. It can satisfy the control requirements of the multidimensional vibration test. Furthermore, it’〖KG-*2〗s recording of the parameters of pilot valve, three stage valve and hydraulic actuator, is benefit to equipment fault prediction and life evaluation.
