Abstract:Under super gravity field, the electrohydraulic servo vibration device is widely used to simulate earthquake. Owning to the demands of high frequency response, high acceleration and reliability for electrohydraulic servo vibration device, the functions of its hydraulic system were analyzed and the general design thought was introduced. In addition, each loop and relative parameters were addressed in detail. The 3D piping design of each hydraulic loop was accomplished. The results show that the designed hydraulic loop can satisfy the working requirements of electrohydraulic servo vibration device under super gravity field.
