Abstract:In the BTA deep hole drilling process, the vibration of the workpiece is an important factor leading to lower hole machining quality and precision. The influence of different cutting parameters (feed rate f、 cutting speed v 、spindle speed n) on workpiece vibration was analyzed by experiments and MATLAB fitting. The results show that in the BTA deephole drilling process, the amplitude of the intermediate position of the workpiece is the largest; with the feed rate and the cutting speed increases, the amplitude of the workpiece increases, the amplitude increased amount increases and then decreases; changing the spindle speed, the vibration of the workpiece has a little impact. Reasonable choice of cutting parameters can reduce the vibration of the workpiece.
