    摘要:

    油气悬挂结构简单并且具有良好的非线性刚度和阻尼特性,是载重自卸车重要的减振装置。通过建立油气悬挂内部热量模型,直观呈现出悬挂内部各部分在车辆工作中温度变化及之间的热量交换。根据油气悬挂的结构特点,基于Simulink搭建完整的油气悬挂工作过程热交换模型,对工作过程中的动力学特征和内部各部分之间的换热规律进行分析。设计并搭建试验台,模拟悬挂被动激励,对其静态特性和动态特性进行测试,同时对油气悬挂对外输出力及油液、氮气的温度等内部介质物理参数进行测量。仿真和试验结果的对比表明:在激励一定的情况下,随着悬挂工作时间的持续,各部分温度会逐步达到一个平衡状态,在真实工况中油液温升影响占主要因素,而且温升对悬挂输出力特性有一定的影响,表明所搭建模型的准确性,为进一步研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Hydropneumatic suspension has simple structure and good nonlinear stiffness and damping characteristics, which is an important damping device in load dump truck. Through the hydropneumatic suspension internal heat model, the temperature change and heat exchange between different parts in the suspension under the vehicle worked were visually presented. According to the structural characteristics of the hydropneumatic suspension, a complete heat exchange model was built based on Simulink, the dynamic characteristics of the working process and the heat transfer laws between different parts were analyzed. The hydropneumatic suspension test bench was designed and built, the suspension passive incentive was simulated, and the static and dynamic characteristics were tested, then the output force, interior physical parameters such as oil and nitrogen temperature were measured. Comparison of model and experimental results show that under certain incentive, with work suspension time lasting, final temperature of each part will gradually reach a state of balance; in the real working condition, the oil temperature rising influence is the major factor and temperature rise has a certain influence on the output force characteristics, which shows the model accuracy. It provides reference for further research.
