Abstract:The rotary part with wind blades is the core component of small axial flow fans, and its balance index is the key technology of the whole machine, so it must be guaranteed by effective process measures. In view of the small axial flow fans rotor with the clamping deformation problem of coaxial hole machining, accurate detection problem of rotor coaxial degree and the problem how to ensure the static balance of the blades, a series of effective process equipment were designed. The design principles and structure characteristics of the efficient process equipments were introduced. These process equipments can avoid effectively the vibration of the fan that caused by the substandard balance index of the rotating part.
