    摘要:

    带风叶转子旋转部件是小型轴流风机的核心部件,其平衡度指标是整机的关键技术,它必须由有效的工艺措施来保证。针对小型轴流风机转子的同轴孔加工装夹易变形问题、转子同轴度精确检测问题及如何保证风叶的静平衡等问题,设计了一系列行之有效的工艺装备。具体详述了上述高效工艺装备的设计原理和结构特点,有效地避免了风机因旋转部件平衡指标不达标而引起的振动问题。

    Abstract:

    The rotary part with wind blades is the core component of small axial flow fans, and its balance index is the key technology of the whole machine, so it must be guaranteed by effective process measures. In view of the small axial flow fans rotor with the clamping deformation problem of coaxial hole machining, accurate detection problem of rotor coaxial degree and the problem how to ensure the static balance of the blades, a series of effective process equipment were designed. The design principles and structure characteristics of the efficient process equipments were introduced. These process equipments can avoid effectively the vibration of the fan that caused by the substandard balance index of the rotating part.
