The importance of active control of the drilling burr was emphasized by the views of lean production,and the connotation of three principles for less burrfree cutting was further enriched. The five advantages of double apex angle drill in inhibiting drilling burr were analyzed,and the determination method of the main parameters was primarily summarized.
