    摘要:

    借助于夹具,改变薄壁零件加工过程中受力状态,将零件受径向力改变为受轴向力,消除径向力影响。由夹具精度保证零件精度,同时提高加工效率,减少辅助时间。优化加工工艺过程,对保证零件加工质量起到积极作用。

    Abstract:

    With the aid of fixture, the stress state in thin wall parts processing was changed from radial force to axial force,then the influence of radial force was eliminated.The processing precision was ensured by the fixture precision, at the same time the machining efficiency was improved, the auxiliary time was reduced. The machining process was optimized. It plays a positive role in ensuring the processing quality of parts.
