    摘要:

    针对气动起重设备提升不同质量重物时存在提升速度变化过大的不足,设计了可以根据重物质量智能调压的控制系统。该控制系统中增加的正反馈环节能够有效地降低不同重物提升速度的波动程度,降低重物在骤停时的回弹现象,改善了气动起重设备的操控性。

    Abstract:

    Since the change of the lifting speed is too large when the pneumatic lifting equipment is used to lift different weights, an intelligent pressure regulating system was designed which could adjust pressure according to the lifting weight.A positive feedback element was added to the control system so that it could effectively guarantee the consistency of the lifting speed, reduce the springback phenomenon when weights was stopped suddenly. So the controllability of pneumatic lifting equipment is improved.
