    摘要:

    在机械补偿连续变焦光学系统中,核心零件曲线套筒变倍凸轮槽和补偿凸轮槽两侧面的加工精度和表面质量直接影响变焦系统在连续变焦过程中能否成像清晰、稳定。采用直纹面加厚的方式完成了凸轮槽建模,且在曲线点阵拟合的过程进行了公差控制。用四轴联动全顺铣的走刀方式,对进、退刀点进行特别处理完成凸轮槽的加工。经过实际加工验证,采用该方法大幅地提高了凸轮槽的加工精度和表面质量。

    Abstract:

    In the mechanical compensation continuous zooming system, camcurve muff is the key part. The precision and surface quality of zooming cam slot and compensating cam slot have a great influence on the image. Thicken ruled surface mode was used to finish the modeling of cam slot, and tolerance control of matrix groups points was applied in fitting curve line. Using 4axis climbmilling tool path mode, the tool start point and retracting point were processed in a special method, the cam slot was accomplished. The experiment indicates the precision and surface quality of the cam slot are greatly improved.
