The temperature factor was introduced in modeling progress, based on double nozzle baffle electrohydraulic servo valve torque motor. A new temperature model of air gap reluctance and polarization magnetomotive force was proposed. And an accurate magnetic flux computing method was deduced. After the match of theory, simulation and experiment, the conclusion is that air gap length changed linearly with time and polarization magnetomotive force changed nearly linearly.
