    摘要:

    考虑流体可压缩性,采用FLUENT滑移网格与UDF技术模拟不同关阀规律下球阀关闭瞬态过程,分析不同关阀规律对球阀流场和水击压强的影响。结果表明;线性关阀时,随着关阀时长的增加,最大水击压强逐渐减小且衰减程度递减,相同开度下流场内最大流速递减;当关阀时长为03 s时,针对该模型采用“有效时长前20%关阀36°”的两阶段线性关阀规律能有效降低水击压强。

    Abstract:

    Considering the compressibility of water, the rotation process of ball valve was simulated by sliding grid and UDF technology of FLUENT software. The influence of valves closure regulation on the flow field and water hammer pressure were analyzed. The results show that, when the valve is closed at a constant speed, increasing closure time will reduce the water hammer pressure and the attenuation degree will decrease; the maximal velocity of flow filed in the same degree will reduce too. When closure time is 03 seconds, the twostage closing regulation of quick closing 36° in 0053 seconds can effectively reduce the water hammer pressure.
