    摘要:

    以螺母的内螺纹检测为研究对象,针对其传统检测方式以人工为主、费时费力的缺点,提出设计一种内螺纹自动检测机。检测机由一个气动移动平台和检测系统组成,综合考虑功能实现、经济成本、精度误差等因素的影响,提出采用气缸、伺服电机、滚珠丝杠和线性导轨的驱动方式实现工件的精确定位与检测。通过对内螺纹检测机所处的实际生产情况进行研究分析,提出用PLC对整个系统进行控制的方案,以实现对整个流程的精准稳定控制,并详细介绍了控制系统的方案与设计。结果表明: 整个设计提高了内螺纹检测的准确性,降低了劳动强度,降低了成本,具有一定的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    The internal screw detection of nuts was taken as the research subject. The disadvantage of the traditional test method was discussed according to the characteristics, which was done by people and wasted time and energy. A fully automatic detector of testing the internal screw was put forward. The detector contains a pneumatic mobile platform and a test system. Considering the influence of such factors as function implementation, economic cost, precision error, the drive mode of air cylinder, servo motor, ball screw and Linear guide rail were adopted to achieve the locating and testing of workpiece exactly. The study for practical situation of the detector of the internal screw was conducted and the control program of the whole system was put forward with PLC and then the program and design of the control system was introduced in detail. The result shows that the design improves the accuracy of the testing of the internal screw, reduces the labor intensity, cut costs and has application value.
