    摘要:

    由于外啮合齿轮泵的工作原理导致困油现象产生,直接影响齿轮泵的使用寿命和运行中的稳定性。简要概述了齿轮泵产生困油现象的主要原因,综述了解决齿轮泵困油现象的主要方法,并通过Pro/E对其困油容积进行了虚拟测量,得出泵内齿轮啮合运转时困油容积的体积变化。合理地解决齿轮泵困油容积的体积变化就能消除困油现象。基于此种解决途径,提出一种双齿轮非同步运转方法,以解决齿轮泵困油现象。

    Abstract:

    External gear pump working principle led to trapped oil phenomenon, direct impacting the life of the gear pump and working operational stability. The main reason of trapped oil phenomenon was briefly outlined, the main solutions to trapped oil phenomenon were introduced, the trapped oil volume was virtual measured by Pro/E, the bulk changes of trapped oil volume during gear pumps working was obtained. The phenomenon of the gear pump oil trapped could be eliminated through reasonable solving the changes of gear pump trapped oil volume. Based on this approach, dual gear asynchronous operation method was proposed, to solve the phenomenon of pump gear trapped oil.
