    摘要:

    针对冷却油温度对机床切削稳定性的影响问题,利用YKS5132B型数控插齿机在不同冷却油温下做连续试切实验,测量样品的跨棒距。比较不同温度时跨棒距值相对差、标准差的波动幅值,评估切削稳定性。计算插齿机的机器能力指数,分析其加工能力,量化评估机床加工精度的稳定性水平。分析测量数据,冷却油温度为33 ℃时,跨棒距值的相对差和标准差的波动幅值小。得出结论:冷却油温度为33 ℃时,机床的切削稳定性较好;超过40 ℃时,稳定性会急剧下降,无法满足高精度加工要求。研究结果对实际生产中提高机床切削稳定性有一定的指导作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to research the influence of cooling oil temperature on cutting stability of machine, continuous trial cutting experiment was carried out with gear shaping machine. The distance of bar of each sample was measured. The cutting stability was evaluated by the fluctuation amplitude of relative difference and standard deviation at different temperatures. The machine capability index was calculated and the level of the stability of its precision was assessed quantitatively. The results show that the fluctuation amplitudes of relative deviation and standard deviation are smaller when cooling oil temperature is 33 ℃. And the cutting stability of gear shaping machine is better. The requirements of high precision processing cannot be researched owing to a sharply falling of cutting stability when the cooling temperature is over 40 ℃. The conclusion provides reference for improving stability of machine in actual production.
