    摘要:

    机器视觉的应用能大大提高自动化设备的精度及柔性,并增强设备的智能性。基于机器视觉设计贴膜机的控制系统,在贴膜机械手从出膜口吸取膜片后,经过视觉系统快速处理图像,并将位置数据发送给PLC,在PLC中利用C语言功能模块进行误差补偿处理及运动控制完成贴膜过程,能够有效地控制精度,提高贴膜效率,大大节约了人力成本。经现场测试:贴膜机工作稳定,精度及速度都达到预定要求。

    Abstract:

    The application of machine vision can greatly improve the accuracy and flexible of automation equipment, and enhance the Intelligence. The control system of automatic laminator was designed based on machine vision. After the pasting manipulator absorbed the membrane from export, the image was rapidly processed by the visual system, and the position data were sent to programmable logical controller (PLC), using C language function modules in the PLC, error compensation was processed, and the manipulator was controlled to complete the lamination process. In this way, it could effectively control precision, improve the efficiency of the machine, and greatly save the manpower cost. Through the test onsite, the laminator machine of work stability, accuracy and speed satisfy the predetermined needs.
