    摘要:

    设计搭建了液压支架电液控制实验平台,并在此基础上对立柱的压力控制方法进行研究,提出了基于改进遗传算法优化的模糊PID立柱压力控制方法。使用正切赌轮法与自适应交叉变异概率方法对遗传算法进行改进,并将改进的遗传算法用于优化模糊PID的隶属函数,仿真结果表明该方法优于PID控制、模糊PID控制和模糊控制。测试实验结果表明:该方法调压性能良好,稳态误差小,平均响应速度达134 MPa/s,满足立柱压力控制要求。

    Abstract:

    A hydraulic support experiment platform was designed and constructed, and the genetic algorithm (GA) fuzzyPID control method for column pressure was studied on this experiment platform. Moreover, the tangent roulette wheel selection and the adaptive probability of crossover and mutation were employed to enhance GA, the improved GA was used to tune membership functions of fuzzyPID controller. The simulation results show that the proposed method is better than PID, fuzzy and fuzzyPID. The test results show that the proposed method has good pressure regulating performance, small steady state error and the average response is 134 MPa/s, the requirements of column pressure control are met.
