Abstract:Combining experimental research and theoretical analysis method,it was studied the influence law of the working liquid conductivity on brass processing speed by multiplicity cutting on HSWEDM. Experimental results show: the average cutting speed is 204388 mm2/min. In the rough cutting processing, the average rate is 14334 mm2/min, the linear correlation coefficient is 0802 2, which is highly and positively linear relationship, but its speed rate is only 57%; in refinement cutting processing, the average rate is 28932 mm2/min, the linear correlation coefficient is 0433 8, it is of low linear correlation, Fourier nonlinear regression model is established, the determination coefficient is 0932 9; in fine grinding cutting processing, the average rate is 25918 mm2/min, the linear correlation coefficient is -7122, which is a significant linear negative correlation,its speed rate is 14%.
